Maclaren Recall - One Parent's Experience

Much like a million other parents who heard their stroller posed a "fingertip amputation and laceration hazard to the child when the consumer is unfolding/opening the stroller" - we were wondering "What Now?"

Maclaren has offered a voluntary recall of their stollers by providing a kit to cover the hinges. The affected models include Volo, Triumph, Quest Sport, Quest Mod, Techno XT, Techno XLR, Twin Triumph, Twin Techno and Easy Traveller.

Unpacking & Installing

Kit includes 2 zippered pouches to cover the hinges, warning stickers
Installation is easy, with only the need to lift up a portion of the seat to secure an elastic band
